Peeta Mellark. Cliche, I know. He’s my absolute favourite because he always thinks about others before himself. And he loves Katniss to death, like he’d literally do anything for her and I feel that that’s true love and he’s loved her since he saw her and he remembers every detail about her, what she was wearing, the braids she had that day, the poem she read out. He remembers everything and he loves her so much and even Haymitch said, “You know, you could live a thousand lifetimes and not deserve him.” Peeta is so perfect, he’s so loving that it hurts to see him behave like mad and call Katniss a mutt when he got back from the Capitol. Peeta wasn’t really Peeta anymore but he was still him deep inside and I’m elated that he managed to fight the demons. Well, not demons but you know what I mean.
